Travel to and from Sannox, Isle of Arran

By Ferry

• A regular ferry service is operated by Caledonian MacBrayne (Calmac) and runs several times a day throughout the year from both Ardrossan and Troon,  to Brodick on Arran. A further service operates onto the north of Arran, linking us directly with Argyll from Claonaig to Lochranza.  
• You can get to the ferry terminal at Ardrossan and Troon by rail from Glasgow Central Station.  At Ardrossan, the train terminates at the Harbour. At Troon, a shuttle bus from the station goes to the port. You can take your car onto either ferry or leave it at the car park at the ferry terminal.

By Bus

• A bus service, operated by Stagecoach buses. The Northend Bus (No 324) has a stop called ‘Sannox Church’.  The bus is around a 20-25 minute bus journey from the pier at Brodick. Not all the  ferries are met by buses so plan carefully or be prepared for a wait.

By Car

• If travelling by car there is room for nine cars within the SCC grounds.  There are two parallel lanes off the main road at the point you exit.  Please be sure to take the left lane as the other lane is a private residence.
