November Prayer News The November prayer gathering for SCC in Edinburgh will be held on Monday 5th November 2018 at the home of George and Fiona Hazel starting at 8 pm prompt. We will be joined in prayer by those on Arran, across the UK and abroad. SCC News: Sannox Christian Centre Operations Teams – George, in his new role as Executive Director, has been meeting with a number of people, involved in the operations of SCC, in order to develop the best organisational system that will support the vision and activities of SCC. A paper has been submitted to the Directors with proposals for the new structure.   April News and further details: 1. Maintenance Programme – The team who came to SCC to carry out a list of tasks during the week of the 26 February to 2 March achieved an amazing amount in very cold temperatures! We had great laughs, fantastic food provided by a number of people and were blessed by the Lord and each other as we worked and prayed together.   Latest News and further details: 1. Next Phase of Building Works – Continue to pray for our architects Stuart and Allan Carr and our Clerk of Works, Stuart Yates, as they plan the next phase of building. We are waiting on the breakdown of costs from the Quantity Surveyor. Once we have these we will send the tender documents to three contractors on the island. This is now critical as we need the detailed costs for our grant application. Please continue to pray that God will release the remaining £85,000 of the £125,000 we need to complete the next phase of

The Building of the Celtic Cross

SANNOX CELTIC CROSS Part of the planned design of Sannox Christian Centre is the erection of the Celtic Cross. The cross stands at the centre of the development and all key measurements for the new buildings are taken from the cross. A few months ago one of our supporting churches offered to fund and construct the cross and I am pleased to say that the cross arrived and was erected on site on the 5th May 2016.
