  A bell-tent has recently been erected, centred on the exact location of the future beehive stone chapel. This is a temporary place holder for the site of the chapel and will be used as a prayer space to seek God’s blessing and to continue the Celtic daily rhythm of prayer already introduced on site. A stone laying ceremony will be held late July within the tent to place the chapel altar foundation stone. Midsummer has been a busy time in Sannox with people still dropping into the Church almost daily.  They come from far and wide to see the Church and site. We continue to have a planned ‘Open’ time between 2 and 4pm every Sunday but are finding people turn up any day and if someone is around they can open up the buildings and let them spend time inside.
